"iPray" Vacation Bible School: June 7 - 9
Please pray for all the children attending our weekend VBS this weekend. The theme is to teach the kids the importance of prayer, connecting with the Creator Himself!
We Comfort...
Jim Leonivich's father passed away suddenly while attending a seminary graduation in the Ukraine. Jim & his beautiful wife Ann are part of our Desert Springs Family and supported missionaries to the Ukraine. Please lift them up in prayer, Jimmie and family are leaning on the Lord for comfort, strength and peace. They will be together again, that helps heal the broken heart.
As I mentioned last week our sister Emily Leno went to heaven May 22nd. Her memorial is now scheduled for Saturday, June 15th at 2:00pm. Her husband Carl and their family hope you are able to celebrate her life with them on that day.

Ceil Burns is doing well in rehabilitation after her hip surgery.
Frank Greenwood had pacemaker put in and is doing great.
Joan Roam is home and recovering well.
El Rita Chase is home with miraculous recovery!

We Reach Out...
Tom Hodges is STILL needing people to help 2 individuals by providing a ride to church and back each Sunday. If you can help, contact Laura Keener at lkeener@desertspringsfamily.org.
Our plans are to begin with the Narrow Door Ministry to feed the homeless of Palm Desert in JULY! We will serve dinner Thursday nights, hand out hygiene kits, clothes and share the love of Jesus!
